CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT

You confirm that you have no proprietary, financial,professional or other personal interest of any nature or kind in any product, service and/or company that could be construed as influencing the manuscript or the review process. Should you have any financial interest or benefit arising from the application of your research, you undertake that you will include an appropriate statement in the Article.

STATEMENT OF HUMAN AND ANIMAL RIGHTS

When reporting research on human subjects you confirm that appropriate local, national and international ethical and safety guidelines have been adhered to in the research and the procedures followed were in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975, as revised in 2000 (5). When reporting experiments on animals you should indicate whether the institutional and national guidelines for the care and use of laboratory animals were followed.

STATEMENT OF INFORMED CONSENT

Participants and patients have a right to privacy that should not be infringed without informed consent, and any identifying information should not be published. Informed consent should be obtained in writing if there is any doubt. If identifying characteristics are altered to protect anonymity, authors should provide assurance that alterations do not distort scientific meaning.
